When you say a few you generally mean three or around that number, some means more than a few and less than many. Some is around fie to eight, many is above this number

Some can be anything less than ALL. In other word you can all but one and have some. Few is generally around 3 or 4, etc...

Few is generally 5 of less, else it's some. This is with regards to things that can be counted. But it something cannot be counted, like say water, you can only use the word, some, not few.

theyre pretty much teh same. but to me a few is like 3-6. some is more 3 and up.
