my friend is 48 and we all think he should meet a nice guy and play house, but all he wants to do is chase 20 year olds n the clubs and bars ,we are afraid hes gona die alone ,,other then his friends if he keeps having all these one nite stands and not get seriuos with anyone

You are a good person (and probably a good friend) Fitboy, but you won't change your friend. The realization that he is no longer young but a middle-aged man has to hit home with him before he will change. Just continue to be a friend and be there when the truth finlly hits him.

Fit boy - you can't change him. It's in his blood what he is doing. Could you imagine being his significant other and him always wanting to hound college boys. I wouldn't want to be tied with him. He's doing the right thing in doing what he does and not hurting a possible LTR (long term relationship).
I think you should admire him, instead of change him.
