The only difference is your bike doesn't have a spin on oil filter. It has a paper oil filter. The oil filter cover is in the front of the motor (2 or 3 nuts hold it on).

change your oil into what...a diamond?
please be more specific

Remove drain plug from engine, gravity will do the rest.
Install drain plug.
Add fresh oil to full mark on dipstick.
Start engine/check for leaks.
