2. I can't draw a Lewis structure with a proportional font. One possible way (that probably doesn't represent the actual geometry) to satisfy the "rules" for P4 is to draw 4 Ps in a square, put a double bond on the top and the bottom, a single bond on the sides, and an unshared pair on each P.
3. When you indicate that the double bonds aren't stuck in place. In the case of the P4 molecule above, instead of drawing double and single bonds, make them all 1 1/2 bonds by drawing a dashed-line square in addition to the other square.

Nitrogen had five unshared electrons in its outer shell, it is oxidation state is 3 for that three covelants bonds formed , like in NH3, leaving two electrons , which is unpaired, and when it react with an ion like H+ adative bond formed resulting from the donation of the 2 electrons of nitrogen atom .

N forms 4 bonds at most and then it has a positive charge on the nitrogen.

He is not flamable

He is an inert gas and will not react with oxygen, so it is not flammable.
I think that smelting is just another word for melting.
