My husband talks in his sleep, too. Usually he mentions names of people I know. I also know he's not having any affairs. Dreams are just dreams and we usually dream about people and places we know. Do not worry unless he dreams about the same woman, and calls her by name, several times a month. Then, you might keep your eyes and ears open.

When he's awake, does he give you any reasons to be suspicious? If not, then ignore the dreams. Everyone has graphic sex dreams at times - however, most people tend to forget most of their dreams. Chances are, he has no clue what you're talking about; don't give him any ideas.

I wouldnt worry about it unless he started saying names of someone who you both know. Usually you dream about one of the last things that's on your mind before you fall asleep...and if it's the name of someone you know and he is in fact dreaming of her.....then most likely before he's falling asleep he has HER on his mind. Just food for thought, either way its still just a dream.

Sounds harmless at this point but, continue talking to your husband about it, resolving any issue in your marriage outside of your marriage is bad news.
