The music you refer to is by ORFF and is called O Fortuna from the movie Carmina Burana. It was also the Old Spice advert theme tune. If you look on Amazon you can find it on the CD called "The Only Classical Album You'll Ever Need". It is track 1 on disc 1.

As the man said carmen burana but that's only played when it is a european match or is on television, otherwise they always play "Loacal Hero" by Dire Straits
