The answer depends on whether or not your exposure to rain will have a fixed amount of time or not. As others may have mentioned, walking results in a lower flux (number of raindrops landing on you per unit time) but it will take you longer to get to shelter, whereas running increases the flux, but gets you to shelter sooner. So the answer to your question will depend on knowing two factors:
(1) The raindrop flux - how fast is the raindrops coming down
(2) Exposure period - how long will you be walking or running in the rain
So if we know the above two factors, then we just calculate:
N = F x T
where N is the total number of raindrops that fell on you
F is the rate of raindrops falling on you per second
T is the time period you were in the rain
Note that F depends on how much rain is coming down, if there are any winds, and how much surface area that YOU are exposing to the rain.

If there are no wind walking keeps you the driest but if condtion changes and wind is blowing you might wanna run, spacialy if it is a tail wind that way you are running with the direction of water drops and have less chances of running into them..

Depends if the rain is straight down or blowing everywhere. And depends on the length of the walk.
If the rain is blowing everywhere, then run.
If the rain is straight down, walk or run is about the same.

Walking mathmatically keeps you the driest. If you are running, you are hitting more water drops.
I don't know the equasion - I'm not really all that big on numbers. Math makes my brain bleed.

Running in the rain for ten minutes will get you wetter than walking in the rain for ten minutes. But if you have a fixed distance to travel, you will get wetter walking than running.

Only if you are running away from where the rain is falling.

Walk. The flux (# of rain drops intercepted per unit time) is less.
