If you mean your LCD screen. You can clean it using a general purpose glass cleaning spray. You will find a suitable cleaning spray in any shop. First you have to spray, and then wipe it out with a piece of cloth. No harm.

You can use a cloth sold at somewhere like PC World or your cloth to wipe your glasses. If it has any solidified liquids on the screen, try with a wet cloth (but quite dry) and wipe with that. To help you prevent it from getting dirty and clean easier in the future, I recommend you to buy a protection sheet/panel for the screen.

use a used Bounce or what ever the things are called that you put in the dryer to soften clothes...make sure it is used
