I've not seen any other political 'leader' do this b4.What is the message he's trying to get across. That he's cool,laid-back and in control? That he's spoiling for a fight? There's a lot to be learned from body language,so I'm wondering if this is intentional?? For me it just makes the little man look like an arrogant, unprofessional arsewipe. What do the rest of you see in his body language?

He is doing this so that he looks like he is ready for work. Why he is doing this is very stupid as we can all see with our own eyes he is nothing but a puppet to Dick Chaney and Donald Rumsfeld plus all of the big business lobbyist.

Maybe he is hot with his sleeves down. Long sleeves can be uncomfortable.
