does our government make those actions from large corporations retroactive for todays laws. These large corporations are profiting off todays economy in America.

This is a question that I find that needs to be answered when Tuna products are now contaminated with mercury.

This is a great question and I think they should be responsible I mean most that dumped are still in business bigger and better then ever. I say they should pay! I am going to do some research on this you have sparked my interest!
