need help!i'm planing to buy a lifeexperience degree from university. i'm not from us. i live in russia. and the uni is located in us.
they accept bank-money checks, pay pal and credit cards. what is the most secure way to make payement?
what are the garanties that after i pay and they receive money, they'll send me the degree??

You might however want to check whether the "life experience" degree is actually *worth* anything. Most of them are totally unacredited, which means they're scam schools and the degree is basically worthless. If a prospective employer calls them to verify, they'll probably discover it's not a real degree, and refuse to hire you even if they would have otherwise.

go with the bank\money cheques i think,i advise anyone not to use credit cards etc on the net not worth the risk with a cheque youll still have some sort of receipt from the bank so i think thats the saffest option,also i would get a phone number and at least talk to someone at this university to check its all above board good luck

donot tense up
credit cards pay pal are both secure least you are operating from your castle.
avoid launching credit card numbers and other details from some big brothers computer or cafe.
