I fear I will have to abandon any plans I had for this evening and retire to my bed as soon as I return from my stable chores, though I may be tempted to drink Whiskey with a bad influence...

I should point out that I was taste testing Whiskey, with a great friend, until almost 4am this morning and had to be up by 6:30am.
I am slightly confused as to why my own head remains attatched to my shoulders, I feel so weary...

Sorry to have dragged you along when I felt the night couldn't last long enough. I won't mind too much if you turn in early - I'm up early on Wednesday if you like :o)

Then again if someone else kept you up, I'd like to see if I might keep you up longer?

i changed into having alot of stress before drowsing and ought to not bypass to sleep. Had many many sleepless nights. i changed into in basic terms fiddling with this technique one afternoon and wanted to take heed to the skill Nap music. next difficulty I knew i changed into waking up! Fell excellent asleep devoid of attempting. After using the Fall Asleep music, i ought to bypass to sleep rapidly. yet i did not comprehend that I should not be using that one all nighttime. Switched to finished nighttime and performance been using it ever in view that. i'll bypass to sleep very easily now. I in basic terms lay and pay interest to the sounds and next difficulty i recognize i'm waking up from a useful sleep. i do not struggle through from lack of sleep anymore. I keep an IPod with earbuds next to my mattress and take it continually even as vacationing. The earbuds help block out ambient noise and the sleep tracks keep me drowsing sound :) Reboot your mind & sleep soundly back?

since I'm bipolar and ''cycle'', occasionally I suffer from this when I'm in ''mania'' and yes, it screws up my plans sometimes. and I'm a chronic insomniac....I've gotten to where I just don't go to bed till I'm sleepy. Have you asked your md for some Lunesta/Ambien? They're both good....some of us just need a little ''nudge'' to sleep a little better....good luck, hon♣
