It's okay. It's the not the best when it comes to Italian food, but its good for families with kids. If you want REAL Italian food, go to Dan Tana's in West Hollywood.

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a really nice place, great service and fantastic food!

It is alright.... I've been there twice. The first time I didn't think the food was toooooo great (since it is a spaghetti factory), but the 2nd time I went the food was outstanding! I had spaghetti with chicken!

I have. Not impressive. Mostly spaghetti, different kinds of cheeses and sauce for the spaghetti. A bit pricey for the food quality. Although you get salad and dessert choice for the entree price, the overall quality is not worth the price they charge and the long wait. Better off w/Olive Garden. More selection and it caters to the masses.

The one in Kansas city sucks. Terrible service and not too good italian food. I cannot speak for other locations.

i used to go there all the time. It's pretty nice and the food is wonderfullll. you get a lot for the money and the service is great, too. You should give it a try

The one in San Jose, CA has good food, but it is usually very crowded, I suggest reservations

I went to the one in Toronto, Ontario & it was fun and fantastic. The atmospere was great and the food was delicious.
