Plz help me someday. I can't open Windows task manager on my computer?

I downloaded something from Limewire and somehow a lot of adware got installed into my computer. New windows are opening frequently My PC has become really slow Home page changed automatically and I cant delete the adware programs as it gives an error that this program is being used by some process end the process and try again. AND the task manager is not opening due to which I can't end these processes Can nebody help me and tell me wat to do

You need to clean all the spyware and such off your computer. A couple of decent utilities for this are Spybot and AdAware.

Also, check that your Hosts file has not been corrupted. It can be found at either \\Winnt\System32\drivers\etc or \\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

You should most likely have nothing in the Host file below the "127.0.0.1 localhost" line. If there is a bunch of stuff in there, try to find another, uneditted version to copy over.

Your computer had been infected by trojan. Trojan is a virus that can take control of your pc from other computer in the network. When other computer excess your computer, it become slower. When windows suddenly open or application running without clicking, this is the sign that your computer are being control by others over the internet. You can solve the matter only by removing the trojan. How to removed the trojan only via boot scan, cos when in the desktop the trojan is running and you cannot delete the trojan file.

try a system restore to a date and time before you downloaded whatever you downloaded from limewire. then get a good security program.

restart ur computer by pressing F8 and run computer in safe mode after that delete all extra softwar sfrom add/remove and other files which are useless and un antivirus like avg free adition and again start ur computer.

Press ALT+CTRL+DELETE button all at the same time, u will get task manager
