What constitutes a great personality anyway? I think someone who is humanitarian and compasionate is the greatest, even if they are not telling jokes 24 hours a day; someone else will think that "the life and soul of the party" type has a great personality, but he/she may not make a great friend or partner. Like everyone else -You will appeal to some and not others whatever you are like. Its just important, i think, to allow yourself to be "you" - so only changes to make are those where you're being supressed or influneced by others or something.

You make it sound like "personality" is something separate from the person himself (or herself).....shouldn't you ask instead, "ARE you a great personality?"

You are born with it. You can't "create" it or learn to have one.
