Can you tell me if I can burn a Dvd movie with Cd burner so when I burn the movie it will play on any dvd player. If you know tell me how and if I have to download any software tell me where

no u can't. but u can format a dvd to vcd if u wanna burn it in a cd burner. use nero burner. look for a free download on the net. or go to www.nero.com and see if they have a free trial download
u can only burn a dvd movie using a dvd burner.

Well you can't burn to DVD but you could burn a VCD that is a video cd that you burn with your cd burner that will allow you to burn movies but before you do that you better chech to see if your DVD player will play VCD's most of the time the DVD player has to be a multi-regional player.
