Click the Start button, then click Control Panel.
Click User Accounts.
The User Accounts window will open, showing a list of all user accounts on the computer. Click the account you want to delete.
Note: If you are not already logged in as a Computer Administrator, you will be prompted to enter the user name and password of your Computer Administrator account. Type your user name and password and click the OK button.
A window will open with a set of options for the account. Click Delete the Account.
You will be asked if you want to save the user's Desktop files and "My Documents" files.
If you click Keep Files, the user's Desktop files and "My Documents" files will be saved on the Computer Administrator's Desktop.
If you click Delete Files, the entire account will be deleted, and you will not be able to recover any of the user's files.
Click the Delete Account button.
You will go back to the User Accounts window. The deleted account will no longer appear in the list of available accounts.

you must have administrative privileges. just go to control pannel and find user accounts. then you see a list of current system users. click on the user you want to delete, then the window shows information about that user, and there is a "delete this user" part. click on that and it is over!
you can also use administrative tasks! right click on "my computer" and click on "manage". then the computer manager window will open. on the left side of the window there are some categories, one of them is "local users and groups". click on that and then the right side of the window shows the users and groups categories of the system.
click on users and then the list of current system users will be shown. right click on one them and click on delete. it is done! :)
