Are u the best to fit in best companies only ?
In the intreview if they dont like the answer they usually kick them out ...
all u need to apply on many sites as possible...
coz even if u apply they wont reply .
all i know is "apply apply and no reply"
Evey company is looking for cheaper employers ...
so in the beginning be cool and accept the job offer comes in the way...

what i experience www.naukri.com and www.monster.com are the best job portels i have ever seen
