EMS stands for Emergency Medical Services. EMT is Emergency Medical Technician. EMTs work for an EMS agency.
In the state of PA, where I am currently licensed, you need to take an EMT class, and after completion take the state EMT test, which is the same as the national test.
Check with your local community college as EMT classes are often offered at them.
After you become certified you can talk to a course instructor about where good places to work are. Another way is to remember the name of the company on the side of the ambulance and google it.
Good luck.

Ems is the emergency medical system under 911. Emt's are emergency medical technicians that respond to the calls, treat the patients and transport to the hospital. There are different levels of emt's:
emt b- basic life support
emt i- intermediate
emt p- paramedic
Different states utilize different levels...for example nyc does not recognize emt-i.
Go to an emergency room or fire house in PA and inquire about becoming a state certified emt..All emt's start from a basic level then if u chose u can further your training to an advanced level.....good luck

An EMT is part of the EMS system. Most local colleges offer EMT-B courses, at least they do here in Washington. There are two paths for EMT. EMT-B takes about 6 months and is a basic course. A paramedic course takes about 2 years. Contact a local college to see if they offer EMT if they do not they will know who does.

EMS stands for Emergency Medical System and EMT stands for Emergency Medical Technician. As far as how you become one in PA I'm not sure. I'm from Texas and here they have a short technical school where they teach you all of the procedures that you need much like nursing school. My best advice would be to search schools in your area.

Go to the PA Department of Health and Human Services website where it *should* have information about getting into an EMS program.
EMS: Emergency Medical Services
EMT: Emergency Medical Tech
If that doesn't work, then talk to someone on your local EMS squad, they are probably more than happy to help you out.

The Spyderco help Rescue Knife with Carbide Glass Breaker may be something you're searching for. The serrated blade style of negates the want for a seat belt cutter. maximum law enforcement officers and hearth/ems workers assist you to comprehend that they have hardly (if ever) had to shrink a seat belt. In my humble opinion, i think of the "seat belt cutter" fad has made countless money for countless companies by utilising making human beings have self belief that seat belts magically lose their capacity to unfasten after a ruin and that a knife blade by some ability won't be able to shrink a seat belt. If whoever you artwork for would not make the seat belt cutter a call for, do no longer pass over out on a reliable knife via loss of that characteristic.
