A trained martial artist would not fight just to prove your point. Not someone serious about their discipline.
I do get tired of the "tough" act though, so I hear ya!

People tend to mock martial arts and not take it seriously. they think of martial arts as sissy traditional show stuff that wouldn't help in a real fight. I have 8 years of martial arts experience and kno how untrue that is though. just seeing fights in high school i could see mistakes made and openings for counter or strikes...bottom line they don't realize how certain styles of martial arts can really b a HUGE advantage even in a streetfight

YOU ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION IT'S BECAUSE THEIR BEHIND A COMPUTER SCREEN AND PROBABLY WOULDN'T FIGHT A REGULAR PERSON LET ALONE A MARTIAL ARTIST

Because you're not face to face with reality over the internet, which makes them feel safe, so they can spew whatever crap they want to because they feel they can get away with it.
