Why do I get a disconnection message for my Yahoo Messenger?

This has been happening, since I got my new computer and YM Beta 3. It only happens when the computer is on sleep or idle, that it lost the connection to the Internet. I don't get it. For my old one, it constantly disconnected and quitted. I also get the same message for the Internet alone, when it's asleep, and had nothing to do with the YM. (I asked this question at YM yesterday.) I thought my YM problems will be over. The answerer said when it's asleep, it loses the connection, even for YM. Why is that? Is it Yahoo SBC or something else that does it?

Your network adapter is going to sleep as well.
This will cause your internet connection to drop off, thus your Messenger will disconnect.

WIndows XP - The only way to change it is right Click on your My Computer Icon, then Click Properties. Click the Hardware Tab, then Click the Device Manager Button. Scroll down to the Network Adapters one, click the plus mark next to it, then under it Double click your Network Adapter, a Hardware Properties box will appear. Click the Power Management Tab, then UNCHECK the box that says Allow the Computer to trun off this device to save power.
Click OK.
