There are so many from Friends that just crack me up. Here's one I always like:
Joey: I don't like Pottery Barn either. They kicked me out just because I sat on a bed!
Chandler: You took off your pants and climbed under the sheets!
Or when Phoebe was going to name one of her triplets Chandler but when her brother came out and announced that "Chandler's a girl, Chandler's a girl!" and Chandler puts his hands to his head and says "Kindergarten flashback!".

The only one that comes to mind right now is "It's the big one, Elizabeth! I'm comin to join you, honey" spoken by Fred Sanford everytime he had one of his fake heart attacks. On Sanford and Son.
