First of all, you have got to cut ur intakes 3 hours before u go to bed. Eat mostly fruits and vegetables. You'll never go wrong with them no matter how much u eat them.

Then take 30 minutes of walking every day for 1 month. Drink water 1st thing in the morning, and as soon as u finish brisk-walking.

Drink lots of water if u think u feel hungry coz it might be a false alarm hunger. If it's true hunger, then u may eat. U can only eat meat as big as ur closed fist. Cut the carbohydrates like bread, pizza, pasta, rice, greasy food like fried chicken, pork or beef.

Latly, when u sit, sit with stomach in, chest out. Posture has got to do too with losing weight, too.

It worked wonders on me. Hope it will on u. Take care.

Some things to keep in mind:
1) It is impossible to target fat to burn - what you can do, however, is strengthen the muscles beneath the body fat, which generally makes things look better (and it's better for you, anyway).
2) Muscle is more dense than fat. As you begin a weight training program, you may notice that you lose inches but gain weight. No worries - that means you're building muscle. You'll see why this is good if you scroll down to point number three...
3) Muscle boosts your metabolism because it uses more nutrients than fat. Thus, building muscle will help you lose fat faster - sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Now, onto the plan!

You should try to jog/run 30 minutes a day if you can. Don't go fast - this isn't a sprint. If you find that 30 minutes is too long and you can't do that, then no big deal. You now have a Goal. Try to at least keep moving for 30 minutes...walking is fine.

If you have access to an elliptical machine, that's a good alternative.

In either case, as you get stronger/faster/better, add time and (on a machine) resistance. If you're running, grab those two- or three-pound weights or cans of beans. You'd be surprised how much harder it is (bonus: You tone your arm muscles just lugging them around for a few miles).

If you have access to a gym, take a day off from running once or twice a week to begin a weight-lifting program. Most health clubs will give you one training session with a personal trainer who will berate you and make you feel worthless. Usually, the first one is free, so it's OK. If you want to feel like crap again, it'll cost you - but you probably don't need to see that old meanie-head again, because he or she will have just put you through a full-body muscle-building workout. And that's what you'll want to do. Work your way through exercises for chest, arms, back, and legs, though not necessarily in that order - whatever works for you.

If you don't feel like joining a gym, go to McDonald's. Why? Because they have a series of four (free!) DVDs with exercise regimens on them, one each for strength, cardio, core (abs and lower back) and yoga. If they don't have them, you can find them on eBay for about 5 bucks each.

Adopt a healthy (or at least healthier) diet - cut out all sodas, even diet sodas. And switch, if you haven't already, to unsweetened fruit juices. Allow yourself a few treats every now and again just so you don't feel like you've changed your entire life just to lose 5 pounds, because that will only depress you.

The key, in the end, isn't necessarily weight loss or muscle gain or whatever. It's feeling like you've taken control of your body, which is what you're really going for.

Go through your pantry and get rid of anything that resembles a snack cake, sugared cereal, or pop. Begin eating whole wheat pasta and bread. Lower your portion sizes and eat more often, 5-6 times a day. Use the free calorie, carb, fat, and protein counter on fitday.com. You can also set up your weight loss goals on the site.

Buy a pedometer. Find a friend that will walk with you.
Walk for an hour a day 5 times a week and rotate working out arms and legs every other day. It won't be fast. You didn't gain weight overnight, so you won't lose it overnight.

Good luck and stay the course. You can do it!

Just like everyone says, change your eating habits. Try eating smaller meals, 5-6 times a day. Say a bowl of non-surgar cereal (grapenuts, cheerios) for breakfast, some fruit or non-fat light yogurt for a between breakfast & lunch snack. A salad w/non-fat dressing or sandwhich, no mayo for lunch. Some more fruit or a whole wheat english muffin or rice cake for before dinner snack, then a sensible dinner meaning low in fat and calories, NO FRIED FOODS PERIOD! Maybe one more "dessert" snack before bed. A small portion of fat-free, sugar-free pudding or fruit. (get the hint, no fat, no sugar except natural sugars that are also high in fiber) And DRINK LOT'S OF WATER and NO regualr soda.

Cut fats in general but not completely, instead of real butter, buy Smart Balance Light, instead of whole milk, drink 1% or skim, or buy light sour cream. There are such things as "good fats" like those in almonds or avacado's, but keep those in moderation. If you have to eat out at say, McD's get the grilled chicken sandwich with no Mayo, no cheese, NO FRIES, and a diet soda.

And Finally, exercise some. Start slow, maybe walking around your block a few times a couple days a week, or take stairs instead of the elevator or park far from the mall entrance or store so you have to walk in. Gradually increase within your comfort level and strive to eventually end up at a gym. Remember, you have to make this a habit, and habits take a few weeks to become enough to make you feel bad for not following your diet. STICK WITH IT!

The best thing to do is get in-rolled in some dance classes. That makes the wait come right off. If you are not much of a dancer then you could go to a dance studio that has aerobics. That is a good way to loose wait but also enjoy what you are doing. Eating healthier is a good thing to so those two things joined together will give you a healthier lifestyle. Good luck finding whats right for you!

The most successful weight loss programs, statistically, are always under the care of a physician. Make an appointment with one, and good luck to you! In the meantime, study up on HOW to diet, WHAT to eat, and very importantly WHEN to eat. Also be sure to GRADUALLY start and increase an exercise program. Try an activity that you enjoy so that you will keep at it. Swimming is a pretty good exercise, but what you do is up to you.

Eat healthier and exercise more.

Weight Watchers is a good way to lose weight. It worked for me.

Otherwise, eat foods high in fiber. Fruits, veggies and lean protein. And I would suggest not eating out at all or very rarely. Or eat a salad when you go out.

I don't know where you are, or if the summer's heat has given way to the cool respite of fall; but I exercize (run/walk) brisquely in the heat of the day, and it wipes out my appetite for at least half of my normally desired calories. Stay hydrated with mineral replacement beverages.

You know the answer, you just don't want to do it!

Get the motivation to eat healthier and exercise at least three to four times a week. It will take dedication, but will be well worth it!
