the country that I live in has very crappy laws and do not care about us, the government is corrupted, and I needed to move to another country and start working and possible get a new passport. How can I get it?

You can't, unless you are a citizen of the US or the UK. What you need to get is a passport from YOUR country, then work on getting a work visa to enter the US or UK.

Once you are at your destination, work on changing your status to naturalized.

First you have to be a citizen of that country. To move to another country you will need a passport from your country and then obtain a work visa in the country that you are moving to.

You have to be a citizen of a country before you can get its passport. Everybody wants to come to Britain and the USA.

You might want to try Burma, Iraq or Somalia. I'm sure they would welcome you.
