I love naps I even took a 10 min nap at my 15 min lunch break once.
5 mins 20 mins 2hrs it doesn't matter any nap is wonderful to me.

no, not since I was a kid, BUT I always thought that every work day should include "nap time". ha! you know around 2:30 every day, we all take a short nap. It hasnt been an idea that's taken off just yet, but I'm still working on it ;)

I try not to take naps because then I don't feel good/grouchy, too. Instead I have quiet time by turning off anything that makes noise. It also helps to be alone during this time period. I'm at home. Works great for me....doesn't always happen, tho. 3:00pm is when it hits me.

yes i enjoy takeing naps. in math class, english, science, lunch and anyway the subject really isn't that interesting.....sure i get yelleed at a lot but what can u do? im a napaholic.

yeh when i was at school i used to nap as soon as i got home(from bout 4-6) then still go to bed at 11ish! as i am jobless at the moment all i do is nap!!they make me feel so much better and refressed, my boyfriend is terrible at napping he wakes up grouchy and just sleeps forever!

i take naps every afternoon with my daughter who is 4. I don't sleep so great and night so i catch up in the afternoon and it keeps her from getting grouchy late in the day. I call them power naps.
