If you are talking about soccer, Mexico is better than the USA, it was among the 16 finalist during world cup, USA was eliminated during the first round.
Also the Mexican teams participate in the copa libertadores and in the world club championship, USA did not

Obviously Mexico. Mexico stays being the Giant of Concacaf (even when this changed to Confut). It's also one of the nations with more participation in world cups. It has the only stadium in the world with two world cup finals. It was named head of a group in the FIFA WC. It's world Champion in sub-17 category. And it has a very, very, very much better and competitive league!

Depends on the sport. If it is soccer i would have to say Mexico but if it is Baseball i would pick USA. and if you mean Ice Hockey i pick Canada lol. Oh and as for basketball hands down USA.

Mexico all the way, Americans will never have a soccer league like the mexican, MLS is boring and it sucks, nobody likes to watch it teams are sheety.
