i would like to know what i can use to make my lips look plumper without having to have injections in my lips!

i wouldn't do the darker liner and then lighter inside..that look was sooo 1990's. Here are a few suggestions though. Go to Sephora...they have tons of lip plumping products, alot of them give you a stinging sensation so you have to be a bit tolerant of these products. What I do is put a bit of gloss in the center of my lower lip and that seems to work well.
