Do you have a firewall? if not, try (ZoneAlarm):
http://www.zonelabs.com

Get your norton AntiVirus® Updated.

Or get any other like (Avast!):
http://www.avast.com

And also get a spyware, like SpyBot for extra protection.

I finally managed to get rid of the dialer.dialplatform thing.

It is a little tricky, and to show my appreciation, I will just try to document what I had done, hope this can also help others who got into the same trouble I got previously:

1. Lavasoft's Adaware SE is not able to detect it.:shadedshu
2. I downloaded Panda, and indeed, it is a good piece of anti-virus/anti spyware/adware application. It can detect, but was not able to remove it totally.
3. I try restart into Safe Mode, and run Panda again, it was still not able to remove it, though it is stated as "disinfected" on the status.
4. I checked on the Detailed information provided by Panda after scan, and found the file in the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\F?nts\msconfig.exe
5. I tried to use DOS command (go through "Start", "Run", and type "cmd") to check the file under the directory, it did not show up.
6. I do an attribute check under DOS command (attrib *) and the file msconfig.exe shows up as a system and hidden file. (This explained why Panda was not able to remove it)
7. I use the same attribute command in DOS mode to remove the system and hidden attribute on msconfig.exe file under C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\F?nts\ directory (type in "attrib -s -h msconfig.exe")
8. I delete the command under DOS mode (type "del msconfig.exe")
9. I ran Panda scan (full system scan) again after the deletion, and it's gone for good!
