I have been informed that if you are under-weight this can make you feel the cold more. I am slim (though not underweight) but whether I am 7 and 3/4 stone or 8 and 1/2 stone it makes no difference. Any suggestions as to why this is so? Thank you.

I have the same problem too and I am not under-weight.

I haven't asked a doctor about that but I have heard that bad blood circulation might be a cause.

Check with a doctor though to be 100% sure.

It has to do with your body composition. Some bodies are like that. There is nothing you can do about it.

Just don on a few extra clothes to make you feel comfortable. That's the best answer I can give you.

Put it this way - why people's taste differ? It has to do with personal preference. What makes the body to prefer something over other? You just can't explain it.

Feeling cold is the same way. It has nothing to do with body weight - heavy & slim people feel cold equally alike. (Or hot...in mid winter).
