who do you think is the most wanted person in the world? why?

The answer is not so easy as you may think!
It is almost certainly a member of al Qaeda but who? Bin Laden is way down the list as a spent figurehead even though his videos and tapes still draw attention. Ayman al-Zawahiri is the real thinking behind the organisation being set up and probably wields the most power. He is certainly understood to be the thinker and organiser behind 9/11 and other atrocities.
I believe though that these type of people are probably all on the "nice to get them list" rather than the "urgent" or "Really wanted list".
The most wanted at any time are going to be the people that intelligence believes are out there in home territory or close to it, preparing for the next big strike.
