Look at the top right of your browser. If you see Tools written there, click on it, on the menu that appears select internet options at the end of the menu. A window opens. There you will see the current home page entry, in your case it will be google. So delete it and add whatever you want your home page to be.
Alternatively, you can first open the website that you want to make your home page, and then go to internet options and click on select current button. Then press ok to exit.

Go to the Yahoo page that you want to be your current home page (ie www.yahoo.com). After that, select Tools then Internet Options. From the General tab you will be able to set your new home page by selecting "use current".
