My friends all tell me I am an extremely creative person,and would have great potential as a Movie Director.
I've thought about it,and think that that is what I would like to do.
The only problem is I have no idea how to become one X_X.

I have two projects that i have written in book form, but now have changed my mind abt publishing. I'd like to turn it into a script. but the tho't of going back to school to do a course is a different direction altogether.I want to give it a try regardless. You find any easier way besides sleeping with the director, let me know.Good luck my friend.

The best thing to do is to start directing indie movies. Make them with your friends, then send them to film festivals. Experts say that is by far the best way. Or you could write a screen play and submit it to sundance etc. If I were you I would also start interning on small movie sets, it really is all about your experience and who you know. If anyone tells you to get a film degree they're crazy.

try approaching some directors.. try something small in the movies with ur creativity, u wud atleast get to learn the field better and one day become a director urself...

u have to have good credit because ur not gonna pay for the things needed for a movie all at once. or u could probably use a check.

go to a career counselor, if you are still in high school you should have one in place to help you,\
If you are out of highschool then you can go to your local junior college or college period and go to the enrollment department and they can give you the educational requirements to consider this as a career.
