Yes, by looking at 'regrets' as "learning experiences" and by realizing you wouldn't be where you are or know what you know if it weren't for those learning experiences. They get you where you're going to be and help you make better decisions along the way.

I answer this as a 64-year-old lady with lots of experience with regret! I found that I had to learn to respect myself enough to move out of the feeling of regret, and to make amends if needed. Saying "I'm sorry" does a lot toward resolving regret. You can either say it out loud or write it down...and then burn the note (which surprisingly has quite a positive effect...letting go of the regret). This might take several repetitions before you feel better about the problem.

There will always be regrets as long as we live, but if you live your best life and secure the things you do in the present then there won't be that many regrets in your past.

There is no way to live without regret. The mistakes that we make in life and the decisions we choose all make up the person we are and who we become. Learn from your mistakes.

Yes,there is a sure shot way.Take full responsibility for your all actions.Once you do it honestly, the next step would be, to ready yourself for the consequences of your actions,no matter how unpleasent they are.You are fully justified in taking such measures which can minimise the impact of resultant consequenses without resorting to underhand methods. The rest will follow by itself.Slowly but surely, you would begin to become a PERSON,who would need to regret less and less.Remember, the key words for success are-I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ALL ACTIONS.Good luck & Happy life.

i doubt it. you can try but inevitably there are several things in life you will look back on with regret. this isn't necessarily a bad thing, people obviously need to learn from their mistakes and regretting every thing that went wrong in your life is useless and a big waste of time.

No, because none of us are perfect. We all make mistakes and we all hurt people even though we don't mean to. If we didn't regret some of our mistakes and the pain we caused then we wouldn't be very good humans. We would then all be killers, haters, etc....

No not realy, no one is perfict,
but I believe the best way to live with them mastakes, is at the end of every day you take an inventory of your self, and the things you have done that day, and eny mastakes you may have made, deal with them then, make amends or what ever you have to do to let it go
and with eny luck you wont live to regret them later
