Is there any shortcut key to hide and unhide the hidden folders?

NO shortcut key. You have to go to Tools / Folder Options (assuming you have Windows XP)

No there is not. But you could modify the registry key that dictates hidden folders, and export both the enabled key and disabled key to your desktop and then make a shortcut to it.

Little more advanced I wouldn't suggest trying unless your a computer geek like me.
