Those three magic words should be spoken only if they are true and only when the moment is right... you should know when that moment is and if you have to ask it's not the right time. Also you shouldn't say it too often because it's special and it will loose its' meaning. If your significant other hears you say "I love you" every 5 seconds, they are going to take it for granted.

When it feels right.
It's not that, "after 3 months, say 'I love you' 3 times a day."
You have know what feels right and where the boundaries really are. She doesn't need to know every hour on the hour that you love her. She doesn't need to hear that you love her every minute. If it feels like the right place to tell her, then do so. Don't wait for the clock to strike the hour.

Yes,...I know someone who said those magic words at least once a day....but then cheated on his wife. That wife was no one other than justmemimi. So,hey (!!!!), less but truly felt is better than too often.....and show it more in your actions.
