The goo inside of an eyeball is not unlike jelly.

In his effort to scare the villagers, he quite literally means that he has plans to pull out their eyes, make toast, and squeeze the goo from inside the eyeballs, put it on his toast, and eat it.

He's an ogre, right?! He literally means "Squeeze the jelly from your eyes! Actually, it's quite good on toast."
