What should I wear? I was gonna wear these casual/dressy black capris, with BeBe flipflops, & a adorable shirt that i got from a store called Hottie.But o one knows the dress code. We dont have our schedules or our planners yet which has the dress code in it. We didnt have an orientation at all. So me & my best guy friend is gonna wander all around school looking for the lists for the homerooms, then the bell will ring, then we go to the home room, then we get our planners & schedules.
Back to the real point. What should I wear. OO! I also like wearing accessories 2!!! My friends call Miss Fashionable all the time, cuz 4 standouts out I always win for MOST FASHiONABLE.

Well you want to go in looking comfortable and true to who you are, but since you don't know the dress code that might be a little tough. I suggest wearing what you were going to wear. Throw in some big earrings, a good necklace, and some bangles. Maybe even a toe ring if you're into that.
Once you know the dress code and see what other ppl tend to wear then you can plan the rest of your days accordingly.
Just don't wear anything that you think will get you into trouble that the school might find offensive. Good lucK!!!!

I think ur outfit sounds cute. As long as your shirt doesn't show your stomach then you should be fine until you find out the dress code. Accessorize well. Could you use a scarf that you have as a belt? That might look cute. And do you have any anklets? Since you're wearing capris that would look good. I think anklets are an accessory that girls overlook. Have fun!

since u dont know the dress code, just wear jeans and a that cute top ur talking about and accesorize like the long necklace thats in right now, and a flpflops. and do something nice to your hair. and if u do break the dress code, i dont think you'll get in trouble because its the first day of school and you didnt have an orientation. good luck! ♥

When I was in highschool we couldn't wear tank-tops, or shirts that were too low cut (i was sent home twice for this), and our shorts and skirts had to be longer than our middle finger when our hands were at our sides (i was sent home numerous times for this as well) ... But I graduated 5 years ago so you never know, but im sure its along the same lines... on another note... give it till your senior year what you wear to school won't matter... sleeping in 30 extra minutes is what matters... LOL
I remember what it was like wanting to look cute for my first day though so Good Luck...

Don't wear something you wouldn't normally wear on any other school day. If you end up looking really gorgeous and everyone notices and compliments you... you're going to feel stressed to KEEP on looking that good. I hope that makes sense... Just don't look DIFFERENT on the first day of school because people are going to notice and wonder why you looked so nice on the first day of school and now you're different. School starts for me in about a week! I'm turning a junior. Good luck on your first day of high school! If you're a freshman, enjoy one of the best years of your life!!

I don't know, but beware of anyone who looks suspicious. Dress in a manner that tells a pedophile you are an innocent young girl and are not interested in him. There is a flasher in Deer Park, so we always tell my sister that she doesn't need to try to impress the boys. Just remember, there are men in this world who would gladly do it with a 1-year-old, or even a boy, so nobody is safe!

just wear the outfit 'cause they can't bust u on the 1st day. if they do just say u didn't know the dress code.
btw. i can't tell u about the outfit if i don't know what the color is... find a website that has a picture of ur clothes that would help.
