Benefits are great!Im on a dedicated fleet traveling Midwest region hauling 53' dry/van Nabisco (oreos, cookies, fudge etc)hometime is great if you get the right FM/Dispatcher.Winters suck balls in the Midwest but yet again this was my 1st winter driving and man it felt like the worst winter in years!I love my job and they truly care about you and my weekly miles(not gonna say pay) is roughly from 2-3000 miles a week depending how much I work.
