There is a fuse box in the way so you cant get at the headlight

it is tuff and very tight area to work with.only the bulb needs to be removed and not the whole light like the older cars. you will find directions in your automobile owners manual

I suggest taking the van to your dealer and asking the service advisor to assist you. I worked at a Ford dealership as a service advisor and that was one of many maintenance items that we performed on a daily basis for our customers.

I did this once, but I forget how. Sorry. I do know it's the little bulb you replace - not the big lamp.

pop the hood and pull the plug that has a bulb attached to it replace the bulb and reinsert it back into its socket

What year is it? Newer ones you just change the element from behind light.
