sounds like an excuse to keep you from going to her place. or either she's very possessive of her ghost & is afraid it will like you more & follow you back home & she'll be very lonely. maybe, she loves you so much that she's afraid the ghost will hurt you in which case leave the ghost alone. is this a serious question?

Tell her to tell the energy in the apartment to go to the light. She should also protect herself by visualizing a white clear body around herself, like a cloak to protect her from the spirit. She can also say go to god, go to the light. Sylvia Browne has written good things about this.
