There is nothing better than a well done pot roast. The carrots, potatoes, onions, and celery all take on the juice of the meat, and the meat...! So tasty, cuts-with-a-fork, flavor! Oh my! Set a plateful of pot roast in front of me and let me add a little butter to the vegetables then mash them with some of the juice from the pan, add salt and pepper, and my mouth is watering thinking about it. And if there is any leftover it just gets tastier. And pot roast sandwiches on buttered, toasted, onion bakery buns! That's pure delight. Yep, definitely pot roast!

Since I do my own cooking so no tantrums there , I love all the cuisines . But if I have to narrow down my list to one , I'll pick sarson ka saag and makke ki roti - very Indian, very homely and very delicious . And yes , some buttermilk too, to compliment it .

seafood jhapeno, sp? it's an italian seafood type of soup, my dad makes it and it is delicious, of course he was a chef, so maybe it's not the typical homemade dish, so elbow mac with cream of mushroom soup combo, it's good also.
