i know u see all in hollywood with the full lips. gurl that is what's in fuller lips. anyway try loving yourself with what god gave you. i recommend you see Fantasia's movie. what a powerful message.

To make your lips look smaller, choose darker or matte shades.

cover the top of your lips with fondation then use a lip liner to draw a new line.......to make them look smaller it works cause i have a bigger bottom lip so i do it and wola

cover your lips with concealer and after that apply gloss or lipstick (what u want) but not on the initial outline! design ur lips as u want!

Why the heck would you want to??!!! If you have big lips then your lucky! Big lips are beautiful hon. I wish i had bigger lips. They are very sexy, enjoy them.
