Neither. Both parties have members who laugh, and who do not. Both parties have members who find things in their lives funny. Most TV shows could not be popular without an agreement on what is funny.
America would be stronger if Liberals and Conservatives laughed, cried, and loved each other. In the mean time, each one of us can do our best.

Its not parties that laugh, its the actions that parties demonstrate rather implement that causes all the laughter. You cant blame parties, u need to point fingers at the politicians who belong to the above parties, who make us laugh.
