If you could find a way to plant ideas into you sub conscious mind, then you could basically write a script for your dreams. If you are referring to being in a dream and then steering that dream where you want it to go, then you are talking about Lucid Dreaming and you have also been watching too many Freddy movies.

Yes you can control what you dream about!
Just have a picture of what ever you want to dream of. Stare at it often before you go to sleep! Of course you might not be able to stop
interrupts of other dreams. I know I try to dream of either money or boobs and usually successful but something often interrupts what I wanted to dream of and the something is usually totally unrelated to what I started dreaming about! I sometimes use a money cup
and drink from it before I hit the sack. when I want to dream about money and becoming Rich! For boob dreams I use my Boob cup and drink from that!

If you are in a very light sleep you can control what you are dreaming, I have seen this many times but in deep sleep the dreams are not in our control

I can't control my dreams. At least twice I realized I was dreaming and within seconds was awake. It would be very cool to be able to control a dream but I can't do it.

there is some influence as to whether they are good or bad. Depending on events in your life - pre-sleep thougts and experiences - and issues going on. If you meditate - stuff like that - then you can control your dreams more no matter what.

You can sorta control you dreams in the rhelm of drowsiness jest before falling asleep or just before waking up. Other than than, get some porn working.

I think you dream about things that your sub conscious thinks about. It's only your conscious brain that's obsessed with sex. Deep down inside, your real brain knows that it's not all that important.
