The PS3,its the way forward.....x box are still using the crappy normal disks.PS3 will be using the bluerays which hold 6 times more information, colour, speed etc...U can use your PSP as an extra controller.Plus the blu-ray sysytem alone is worth about £600.Its gonna be an all round superior machine to the others.Thats why the price is a bit more.Go for the PS3.......ahhh PS3

Got to say that I cant wait for the PS3, I have the xbox 360 and its fantastic but it does have a few faults (control pad is bulky and the xbox360 has only a few stand out games)

The nintendo WII is a kids toy which will become dull very fast as the only way to the play games will be with the remote and hand controller which is good if you want to be active 24/7 but what about when you just want to veg out and chill!

PS3 has alot of issues not only is it expensive but the games are £10 more expensive than the xbox 360!
It sucks because when the same games start coming out for ps3 and xbox 360 which are direct ports of the same game everyone will buy xbox 360 over ps3 due to the price diffrence.

I think sony need to drop the price if it wants to win the war!

Lets be honist, when the xbox came out, its games where £10 more expensive and it ended up losing the war between ps2 and xbox even though the xbox was the better machine!

I owned a Xbox 360 and it was AWFUL, I thought the graphics were be better than most consoles, but I was given a game I already had on PC and the Xbox 360 version looked and played alot worse than the PC version. That made me realise that graphics weren't a big deal since I never said "Wow" after seeing and Xbox 360 (or PS3 games). Luckily the 360 didn't cost me any money so, after selling it, I had a choice; buy the PS3 with no games, or buy a Wii with 4 "Wii-motes", 4 nunchuk controllers, 3-4 games, and some classic virtual console games...

ITS A WII FOR ME!!

I already own the Xbox 360 and hate it. The PS3 doesn't phase me because I don't think it will be worth the money. So it leaves the Wii and I am going to buy it because this system will actually be different and not just in graphics these will be games like they have never been played and it will be cheaper than the other two systems so I'm all for the Wii.

Given the superior backwards compatibility, the awesome new avenues for games designers the price difference, and the fact that the PS3 has lost a lot of it's exclusive licenses AND has very few games available on release - the Wii.

At launch, I'll have to go with the Wii. Its the cheapest and I'm looking forward to playing Zelda, Metroid, and Red Steel. I'll get a PS3 eventually maybe about a year after launch, when it drops in price and more games are released.

It would be Nitendo Wii for a very simple reason mainly cause of the price and secondly that as and where I live I cannot get an HD Televison at a very cheap price therefore as I don't have an HD T.V i wolud go for Wii Which costs approx. 250$
