big cities in the United States that are mostly black have such a high crime rate, but big cities that are mostly white, like Salt Lake city, Pheonix, and Seattle don't..why is that

Why don't you just come right out and say what's on your mind instead of beating around the bush. Its obvious to me and anyone with an ounce of intelligence that you've made a cowardly approach to demean an entire race of people.
Even if you are hiding behind that smiley faced avatar you still show yourself to be a pimple of a person needing to feel big by trying to put others down.

I think is a genetic problem...
however Phoenix Arizona has the highest crime rate in the nation.
