No the penis enhancement pills doesn't works, nor the penis enhancement pump. What does work is trimming your pubic hair. It gives the allusion/ look that the penis is larger. No...I watched a whole show on how rich the guys who sell these placebos really are. They are most likely selling sugar pills of some sort, if you want I can sell you a jar of sugar for $50...But really, the only way to truly "enhance" that area is to go under the knife.

Sure. But be careful. I used them for too long and now my penis is 4 1/2 feet long. Its tough finding a tailor who will sew an extra leg on a pair of pants.

Not at all.
You get what seems to be a slight increase, but that is due to blood flow and nothing permanent.
Think about it: if these things really worked, do you think we would never hear the end of it until the end of time?
