I think the problem is in the question - there is no fast way to properly satisfy a girl, sexually or any other way - people are complex and so you have to understand how each person ticks and that takes time for most of us.
The quickest way to get on the right track would be to tell specific girl that you want her to be happy and that this is important to you, then ask her what she wants and then if you can, give it to her. Be mindful tho that what would make the girl happy at one time may change at another time so you have to keep checking that you're both still on the same page, which is why communication is so vital. Sorry if you were only looking for a silly answer back.

Get to know her. Be nice. There is no fast way to satisfy a girl. Just be your self and treat her even better than you would want o be treated.

well first get to know her and then discover all the things she likes and dislikes but a very simple way is by given her something it's can be just as simple as a chocolate but she will know u gave her that with all your hearth and that's the best satisfaction that a woman can have...GOOD LUCK...but remmember don't say a "FAST" way cuz things that are done fast leave fast too.

No quick fix is gonna work on every girl. Our bodies are very differnt and respond differnt to stimuli.
