they all divide by 4, but as the problem reminds us, if they also divide by 100, then they might not be a leap year
2400 and 2300 also divide by 100, so they are not leap years UNLESS they divide by 400
2400 divides evenly by 400 but 2300 does not, so
that leaves us 2300 (it divides by 4, but also by 100, but not by 400, so, it is NOT a leap year)
D - 2300

A leap year is every 4 years, except every 100th year is skipped, and every 400 years there is a leap century. The year 2000 was a leap century

D (2300) is not a leap year.
You need to relax, some people are just immature and can't help but be condescending, especially when they fail to see the humor or fun in a situation.

do your own homework kid. you can divide by four, one hundred, and four hundred can't you?
here's HOW you do it... divide each possible response by four? if it can't be divided by four its not a leap year.
second, divide each number by one hundred... if it divides evenly, put it on the suspect list... looks like only two of those are on the suspect list
if it's on the suspect list, divide the number by four hundred. if it doesnt divide evenly, it's NOT A LEAP YEAR.
