I got a boyfriend in Kolkata,India and I'm from Las Vegas,NV... I know how much the air tickets are from here to there.. I don.t know how to go around to see him.... I met him on here since April of 2006 and we are trying to find away to met finally........ It is hard for him to get his passport here In the states... It is easiler for me to get it to his country than him..........

If he is in India(Kolkata) and Indian citizen, he has to apply for passport there. It is very difficult and time consuming. He requires to be physically present to get a passport. So forget passport for him in USA. It is better for you to get passport here in USA. Go to post office and get guidance there. After you get passport, apply for Visa at Indian consulate & you will get it also.

It is about $95 if you go through the post office or other agent if there is no passport office in LV. You can go online and fill out the forms, print them then go to the postoffice to have your picture taken. They mail it to the nearest passport office. You can pay extra and have the application expediated. That's another $30 or $40 bucks. Get the details below:

He needs to get his passport in his country before he comes. If he loses it here, he can contact the India Consolate, but you need to aplly in your own country to get one.
